The Job : Service Manager Customer Service
Job Status: Full Time Job,Graduate/Exp
- Lead and develop powerful technical Customer Service team by taking into account the mid-term planning
- Grow CS related business in Nigeria across business units
- Develop customer relationships
- Assess performance, prepare training and development plans for the employees
- Manage work teams, ensure the execution of an efficient and high quality customer service
- Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders
- Ensure security and optimal working conditions for the employees
- Develop and implement service level agreements for customers and optimal implementation with your team.
- Define and implement the strategic and operational plan –(CS Grand Slam / Hoshin Kanri initiatives)
- A technical background is essential and an Engineering University degree or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum 5-10 years of sound professional experience
- Fundamentals of business administration and marketing
- Leadership training (Advantageous)
